Delivery...

All orders placed Monday – Friday are subject to a 24 - 48 hour processing time.  If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be sent out the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). No International Shipping.

 

Delivery is FREE; however, express shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details about this service.

We are not responsible for delivery delays by carrier.

Due to the high value of some of our products, a delivery signature may be required.

 

 

Failed Delivery/Return to Sender:

If your package cannot be delivered due to given incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us. Any expenses incurred with this will be charged at your expense. 

 

If you are absent for all delivery attempts, the package may be held at the courier company's centre for pickup. If you fail to pick up the package for any reason, the package may be returned to us at your expense.

 

Lost deliveries and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of The Little DIY Store LTD and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate courier. We will do all we can to assist you in this matter.

Damaged/Opened Box:

If you receive your package and it is damaged or opened, please take a photo before checking the contents inside. In this instance please contact us at sales@thelittlediystore.co.uk

 

We are not responsible for damaged/missing items caused by the carrier, but we will do our upmost to resolve any issues for you.
